UUAMNI cares about your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit uuamni.com or contact us through the email addresses on this site, what we do with that information, and the rights you have over it. It is written to satisfy our obligations under the Nigerian Data Protection Act 2023 and the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) for our Nigerian operations, and under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.
UUAMNI operates as two affiliated legal entities. References to "UUAMNI," "we," "us," and "our" in this policy mean both unless otherwise stated.

UUAMNI operates between the United States and Nigeria, with Zoho infrastructure that may process data in additional jurisdictions. Where we transfer personal data of EEA or UK residents outside those regions, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism. Where we transfer personal data of Nigerian residents outside Nigeria, we comply with the cross-border transfer rules of the Nigerian Data Protection Act and the directions of the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
We keep emails you send us for as long as we have an active relationship with you, plus a reasonable period afterwards for tax, audit, and legal-defense purposes, generally no longer than seven years from the last contact. We keep server-log data for a shorter period, typically no longer than twelve months. You can ask us to delete your data at any time using the contact details below, and we will do so unless we have a legal obligation to retain it.

No system on the open internet is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection. If we ever discover a personal-data breach that affects you, we will notify you and the relevant regulator within the timelines required by applicable law.
We will update this policy as our practices evolve. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for at least 30 days before they take effect.
