Terms of Use

Effective date: May 22, 2026. Last updated: May 22, 2026.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of uuamni.com (the "Site"). The Site is operated by UUAMNI Incorporated, a Delaware C-Corporation, on behalf of UUAMNI Incorporated and its Nigerian affiliate UUAMNI Energy (RC 9289669). References to "UUAMNI," "we," "us," and "our" mean both entities unless context requires otherwise. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Acceptable use

You may browse the Site and contact us through the email addresses we publish. You agree not to:

Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, design, code, graphics, and the UUAMNI name and logo, is the property of UUAMNI Incorporated or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. NVIDIA, the NVIDIA logo, and NVIDIA Inception are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of NVIDIA Corporation in the United States and other countries and appear here under the NVIDIA Inception program guidelines. Other third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

You may quote short excerpts from the Site for journalism, research, and commentary with attribution to UUAMNI and a link back to the source page. Any other reproduction, distribution, or commercial use requires our prior written consent.

No investment offer

Nothing on this Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or other investment instrument. Any reference to UUAMNI's fundraising, capital structure, or financial position is for general information only. Any actual investment in UUAMNI Incorporated will be made under a separate written agreement, will be limited to qualifying investors under the applicable securities laws of the United States, Nigeria, and any other relevant jurisdiction, and will be subject to the disclosures and risk factors set out in that agreement. If you are interested in investing, contact invest@uuamni.com.

Forward-looking statements and technical claims

The Site contains forward-looking statements about UUAMNI's plans, deployments, partnerships, and financial outlook, and references peer-reviewed and pre-print research on AI model behavior in low-resource languages. Forward-looking statements involve risk and uncertainty; actual results may differ. Cited research figures (such as safety-refusal benchmark percentages from the LSR Benchmark, win-rate gains from Cohere's Aya work, or benchmark gains from Princeton's Lugha-Llama) reflect the findings of those papers as published and are not warranties of how any specific model will behave in your deployment. Anyone relying on these claims for a procurement, investment, or research decision should read the underlying papers and form an independent view.

No warranty

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UUAMNI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. UUAMNI's products and services are governed by their own separate agreements; this Section relates to the Site itself.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UUAMNI, its founders, its officers, its employees, and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Site is limited to one hundred United States dollars (US$100).

Third-party links

The Site links to third-party websites (for example, NVIDIA's Inception program page, peer-reviewed papers on arXiv, our LinkedIn page). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria. Where a dispute concerns matters arising under United States federal or Delaware corporate law (including securities or corporate-governance matters affecting UUAMNI Incorporated), the parties consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, United States.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site after that point constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
